Dugong PHP-Flex Framework

Dugong adalah sebuah framework PHP-Flex yang ditujukan kepada para programmer Flex-PHP (dooh..). Framework ini menggunakan AMFPHP sebagai sarana komunikasi antara Flex dan PHP.
Tujuan dibuatnya Dugong adalah untuk lebih mempermudah proses pembuatan aplikasi berbasis PHP dan Flex. Dikembangkan dari PHP-Flex Framework-nya Mike Potter dan beberapa contoh dari Jack Herrington. In this first version, I just simply added a database modelling class, an ActionScript RemoteObject class sample, PHP and MySQL sample files. Nothing much.
Buat programmer PHP yang ingin belajar Flex, dan sebaliknya, this one is for you. Juga buat programmer PHP-Flex yang sebelumnya menggunakan RESTful Service atau Web Service.
Dugong adalah hewan mamalia air lucu yang hidup di muara sungai. Kinda a mix of PHP’s elephant and MySQL’s dolphin.

Pre-Release of Oleander

Dalam waktu dekat saya akan segera merilis Oleander, sebuah free downloadable book, yang berisi kumpulan puisi. I’m going to put it all here, semua puisi dari tahun 1994 sampai 2008. Tapi sebelum itu, saya akan menceritakan sedikit mengenai sumber-sumber inspirasi dari semua puisi di buku tersebut.
Surprise surprise.. the source of inspiration for 90% of my poems are girls. What do you know… 
So here are their stories, and some of the poetry lines inspired by them.

“Guilt Is A Useless Emotion” is a song from New Order, from the album “Waiting for The Siren’s Call“. It is one of my favorite songs, from any musician. The title, the lyric, and the name of the band, seem perfectly appropriate for the moment. Perhaps I have it up to here (*pointing at throat*), perhaps I just dont give a fuck anymore, perhaps I just cant stop this feeling any longer, perhaps it’s them, perhaps it’s you dear. I just dont know. All I know is, I’ve been here before, and this song was there.

klo elu-elu penggemar konvoi di jalan emang udah ngerasa jagoan, ride alone! ngga usah bawa2 temen! ngga usah bawa temen2 lu yang sok sangar supaya keliatan punya nyali. ngga usah makan hak orang lain untuk lewat jalan yang notabene adalah MILIK SEMUA ORANG. damn, i dont like hate convoys… from any type of motorized clubs, ngga peduli yang gang motor bebek sampe yang gang harley-fucking-davidson, semua sama aja..MENGGANGGU! DISTURBING! FUCKING ANNOYING!
BIKIN MACET!!!
setiap kalian lewat, pasti aja yang “bertugas” nyetopin pengendaralain, supaya elu ama temen lu bisa kebut-kebutan. gandeng goblok! emang jalan punya bokap lu? even if it is, i dont give a fuck. mungkin ada beberapa orang yang memang seneng touring rame2 ama temen, even with their families. tapi anggeur weh aya nu polontong na. ada aja yang sok sangar. ada aja yang ngerasa bisa menghalang2i orang lain, supaya perjalanan mereka “aman dan nyaman”. pikirin dong perjalanan orang lain!!
FUCKING ARROGANT!!
sok jago! mentang-mentang bareng2 ama temen2 se-gang lu, pengendara lain dipelototin supaya minggir. i wonder if you can be that smug if you ride alone. you know the old saying “power in numbers”? jadi kesimpulannya adalah untuk menutupi inferiority complex yang kamu derita, you gang up with others. trus ada yang mentang-mentang pejabat/berpangkat (usually the big-bike types), lu ngerasa orang lain harus minggir karena ngga se-level. MAKAN TU PANGKAT AMA JABATAN! if you think you can use the road anyway you like it and other people must obey, you’re an original asshole!
so i’ll say this one more time, REAL MAN RIDES ALONE!
